Quality Technology Services Holding LLC (QualityTech), provider of data center facilities and managed services, announced it has completed the purchases two companies, which have been anounced in October 2006 – NTT Data USA LLC (NDU) and of Globix Hosting, LLC.

NTT Data USA LLC (NDU) is a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Data International L.L.C.  The NDU purchase gives QualityTech a key data center presence in the New York City area with a 130,000 square foot facility and extensive customer relationships.

The NDU and Globix acquisitions is essentials to QualityTech achieving its goal to be the premier provider of managed services and data center facilities in the country. QualityTech now controls over 1.5 million square feet in data center facilities located in Georgia, Kansas, Indiana, California and New Jersey.  The combined organization boasts over 210 employees, 1,500 customers and $86 million in revenue.
